At PPG Tyres, we are committed to providing quality products and fair customer service. This policy explains your rights and our procedures for cancellations, returns, refunds and exchanges.


Your Consumer Rights (UK Customers)

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to receive goods that are:

  • As described

  • Of satisfactory quality

  • Fit for purpose

If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to request a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with UK law. These rights are not affected by our returns policy.


Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)

You may cancel your order before the goods are dispatched.

Once cancellation is confirmed:

  • Your refund will be processed

  • Refunds are usually issued within 5 working days

  • Final credit time depends on your bank or card provider


Right to Cancel (Distance Selling Regulations)

In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

To exercise this right:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be returned unused and in original condition

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Returns & Exchanges – General Conditions

We accept returns and exchanges provided that:

  • Items are returned within 28 days of delivery

  • Products are unused, undamaged and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Returned goods remain your responsibility until we receive them. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service and keeping proof of postage.


Tyres Return Policy (Important)

For safety reasons, tyres can only be returned if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • Not fitted to rims

  • Unused

  • Clean and in original delivered condition

  • Original labels and packaging intact

Tyres that show signs of fitting, use or damage may be refused.


Delivery Cost Deduction (Returns)

Original delivery charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund, even if delivery was included in the product price.

Typical courier deductions:

  • £10 per single tyre

  • £15 per pair (packed together)

Exact deductions are calculated per order based on actual courier costs.


Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  • Products must be returned in saleable condition

  • Within 28 days of purchase

If items are returned outside this period a store voucher may be issued at our discretion, valid for 30 days. This is not guaranteed.


Faulty or Damaged Products

If your order arrives faulty or damaged:

  • Please contact us immediately with photos and order details

  • The item must be returned for inspection before a replacement or refund is issued

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.


Return Processing & Refund Times

  • Return processing can take up to 8 working days after receipt

  • Once approved, refunds are normally issued within 5 working days

  • Bank and card provider processing times may vary


Refund Method

All refunds are processed using the original payment method used at checkout.
